How long will it take to send my order?
We aim to print, pack, and drop your order at an InPost locker within 2 business days. For custom items, this window starts after you approve your digital proof. Once dropped at the locker, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. We strive for a “Two-Day Dispatch” to get your items moving as quickly as possible!
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on standard designs within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days to initiate the process. Items must be unworn and unwashed. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. For “change of mind” returns on standard items, we refund the item price plus basic original shipping.
Personalised Items: These are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom nature, unless they arrive defective. Please check our “About” section for our full policy.
How do I know I’m ordering the right size?
We want you to love the fit! Please refer to the size chart in the listing photos for exact measurements. We recommend measuring your favourite t-shirt at home (armpit to armpit) and comparing it to our chart to ensure a perfect match. As our items are printed specifically to order, we are unable to offer free exchanges for sizing errors, so please check the guide carefully before purchasing!
What is the process with custom/personalised orders?
Contact us directly via our website or phone to discuss your custom printing needs. For any personalised order, we send a digital mockup via Message. Please check spelling and layout carefully. Once you approve the proof, your item is locked in for production and becomes non-returnable. To avoid shipping delays, if we don’t hear back within 48 hours of sending a proof, we may proceed with the design as shown or cancel the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. We process orders quickly to meet our 2-day dispatch goal, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once production or design work has begun beyond that window.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we’ve made a printing error, we will make it right. Please message us through Etsy with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
